Smut & Spice Poll Results

Recently, I polled our followers on IG about their preferences when it comes to reading and writing (or not reading/writing) smut. I wanted to learn a little more about what people like (or dislike) and how similar their reading habits may be to their writing habits. Here are the results of those questions.

Definitions

For uniformity of comprehension, the following definitions were given before the poll questions.

No Romance

Romance plays little or no role in the story’s plot.

Closed Door

Intimate/sexual scenes may be alluded to but occur off-page.

Open Door

Sex scenes occur on page.

Erotica

The story’s plot relies on the occurrence of sex scenes.
